We want you to feel confident investing in our program. That’s why we offer a conditional money-back guarantee, designed to protect genuine students while preventing misuse of our content.

1. Guarantee Period
- Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- All deadlines are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

2. Participation & Completion Requirements
- Refunds are intended for students who gave the course a genuine try within the first 7 days and realized it was not the right fit.
- If you have completed over 15% of the entire program (modules, assignments, and coaching sessions), you are not eligible for a refund, as you have already consumed a substantial part of the course.
- To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within the 7-day window and before reaching the 15% completion threshold.

3. Proof of Participation
- Refund requests must include verifiable evidence of participation, such as assignment submissions, attendance logs, or platform progress reports.
- Failure to provide proof of participation within the first 7 days will result in denial of the request.

4. Refund Request Process
- All requests must be submitted via email to info@launchmymediacareer.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Full Name].”
- You must provide your proof of purchase (receipt, transaction ID, or order confirmation).
- Once eligibility is verified, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exclusions & Limitations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Completing more than 15% of the entire program.
- Change of mind, lack of time, or personal scheduling conflicts.
- Partial participation with no assignments submitted or sessions attended.
- Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers.
- Sharing, reselling, or transferring program access to another person.
- Discounted or bundled purchases, unless otherwise specified.

6. Additional Reasons for Denied Refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to:
- A notable portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded before the refund request.
- Multiple refunds have been requested by the same student for the same course.
- A history of excessive refunds has been requested by the same student.
- Users who have had their account reported, banned, or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Use or Trust & Safety Guidelines.
- A refund has already been granted by a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Udemy, etc.).
- Subscription services, unless otherwise required by law.

These restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- If a student initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, they will no longer be eligible for a refund under this policy, and all course access will be revoked immediately.

8. One-Time Refund Policy
- Refunds are limited to one per customer. Customers who purchase additional programs will not be eligible for future refunds.

9. Digital Product Clause
- Due to the digital nature of this program, refunds are only available under the conditions outlined above. Once more than 15% of the program has been accessed, no refunds will be granted.

10. Intellectual Property & Access Removal
- All course materials, including videos, worksheets, and templates, remain the property of Karleen Leveille

Learning and Launch My Media Career.
- If a refund is approved, all access to course materials, recordings, coaching sessions, and community platforms will be revoked immediately.
- Receiving a refund does not grant you any right to use, reproduce, or distribute course content.

11. Non-Transferability
- Refunds are available only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to another person.

12. Community Conduct Clause
- Students removed from private community platforms due to violations of conduct rules are not eligible for a refund.

13. Currency/Conversion Fees
- Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency. We are not responsible for any differences due to currency exchange rates or bank fees.

14. Final Say Clause
- All refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Karleen Leveille Learning & Launch My Media.

15. Right to Refuse
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above requirements or that show evidence of policy abuse.
